Katrina Foley's 10th Annual Holiday Soirée, Kid's Coat Drive and Charity Benefit

The newly elected Mayor of the City of Costa, Katrina Foley, is sponsoring her 10th Annual Holiday Party and Charity Drive on December 4th

COSTA MESA, Calif. - Nov. 30, 2018 - EntSun -- Following the installation of the new city council and ceremony on the evening of December 4th that will officially make Katrina Foley the first directly elected mayor of the City of Costa, the new mayor will hold her 10th Annual Holiday Party and Charity Drive down the street at Holiday club.  The public is invited to the celebration.  The $10 requested donation, plus one kid's coat,  includes one drink ticket, appetizers and drawing entry.

Co-Hosts of this year's event include Congressman-elect Harley Rounda, Assemblywoman-elect Cottie Petrie-Norris, the Costa Mesa Fire Association, Javier Vasquez, Jennifer Keller, Women in Leadership, Southern California Pipe Trades and the OC Employees Association.  The event will begin at 8 p.m. and be held at The Holiday located at 716 W. 19th Street in Costa Mesa.

If you can't attend the celebration, you can donate new kid's coats at Costa Mesa City Hall, 77 Fair Drive in the Lobby; Costal Mesa Police Department Lobby, 99 Fair Dr.; The Foley Group, 1600 Dove St, Suite 101, Newport Beach; Bond & Taylor, 17500 Red Hill Ave., Suite 100, Irvine; and at Miguel's Jr., 141 E. 17th St, Costa Mesa. Very slightly used kid's coats are also welcomed as Foley goal is to distribute to at least 350 coats this year to local children in need.

This year's event will also feature a Silent auction benefitting the families of Fire Captain Mike Kreza and Police Officer Oscar Reyes. Auction items can be donated by calling Michele Mullen at (949) 502-8800 by noon on Tuesday December 4th. Other Sponsorships encouraged for the event include Holiday Shopper Host at $100, Holiday Bites & Sweet Host at $249, Holiday Cheer Host at $500, New Year Host at $1,000 and Comforts of Home Host at $2,500. This public is also invited to attend the City Council's Installation Ceremony where Katrina Foley, as the first directly elected mayor, and the three new city council members will be sworn-in – Arlis Reynolds for District 5, Manuel Chavez for District 4 and Andrea Marr for District 3. The ceremony will be held at the Costa Mesa Senior Center, 695 W 19th St, Costa Mesa, beginning at 6 p.m.
