HES Pursues Feedback on Wellness Program Pilot
EntSun News/10759760
MIDLAND, Mich. - Dec. 3, 2018 - EntSun -- HES — world leader in workplace well-being campaigns — seeks feedback from both wellness professionals and the public before launching its newest spring-themed fitness challenge, Spring Into Motion. On December 3-9, wellness coordinators wanting a fresh, fun challenge for participants are invited to complete a free 1-week pilot, then give opinions and ideas to shape its features and functions.
"There's always room for improvement. That's what we believe, and that's how we approach each program," notes Dean Witherspoon, HES CEO and founder. "As head of a wellness campaign company that's been in the game for more than 25 years, I can say with confidence: That approach keeps us at the forefront of our industry."
Pilot participants will have several opportunities to win prizes by logging daily activity and engaging with other users. HES encourages coworkers, friends, and family to join and provide honest feedback, which is then used to polish and enrich the campaign.

"Spring Into Motion and all HES well-being campaigns employ extensive research rooted in health behavior change science," adds Witherspoon. "Receiving feedback from wellness managers and the public is an important step in that process."
The everything-is-new-again backdrop of Spring Into Motion is designed to lure participants into the fresh air and sunshine while they explore a variety of spring themes — baby animals, beautiful blossoms, gardening, and seasonal destinations to name a few. As they log physical activity, they'll unveil a daily image and learn more about the season of rejuvenation. The pilot gives participants full access to healthy recipes and tips, teams, buddies, and social features like messaging, team chat, and an interactive wellness wall.
"Winter is historically a time many individuals fall off the tracks with their fitness routines," Witherspoon explains. "We created this program as a tool for thousands of people to shake off the winter blues and get moving again — all while experiencing the invigorating physical benefits of exercising outdoors."
